Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that works with the craniosacral system, the nervous system and connective tissues to support the body’s natural capacity to regulate and restore. People seek this work for migraines and headaches, jaw tension (TMJ), neck and back pain, digestive issues, injury recovery, burnout, or a persistent sense of feeling overwhelmed.
When we are under significant strain, through injury, stress, or trauma – the body can lose its natural balance. Symptoms often develop gradually, after the body has been holding too much for too long.
Through light, precise therapeutic touch, Craniosacral Therapy helps the system shift into a state of safety and repair. In this regulated space, tension can release, pain can soften, and stability can return.

CST is so gentle it is suitable for everyone including babies, mums-to-be and the very elderly. It encourages the self-healing process, allowing the body to unwind naturally into balance and vitality. After a treatment people often feel a deep sense of peace and relaxation.
MEDITATION
Meditation is a time-honoured path to greater clarity, steadiness and freedom. It doesn’t promise a life without challenges, because being human means meeting difficulty, but it does offer a way to be with life as it is, with more kindness, resilience and openness.
