With a calm presence, I use a light touch and tune into the subtle rhythmic motions of the body. The treatment encourages the self-healing process, allowing the body to unwind naturally into balance and vitality. After a treatment people often feel a deep sense of peace and relaxation.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You will remain fully clothed for the treatment and it’s usual to lie down on a couch but CST can be adapted to any restful position.

Craniosacral Therapy is not intended as primary healthcare but to work alongside the relationship you have with your doctor.
